Chute Bottom-Loaded Compactors

Chute Bottom-Loaded Compactors

For developments with high volume waste management requirements and special architectural layouts, KAISAB Co. provides Heavy-duty and High-performance Bottom-loaded (Horizontal) compactors. These systems are designed to process a massive amount of refuse by feeding waste from the chute into a horizontal compaction chamber.
Bottom-loaded compactors are ideal for restricted, low-ceiling spaces where a top-loaded compactors can’t fit.

Chute Bottom-Loaded Compactors

Key Features & Functionality

Bottom-loaded interface: direct chute connection with a reception chamber that provides a safe, ergonomic unloading mechanism for refuse.

Automatic Operation: Operated through photo cell installed in the lower portion of the compaction chamber which detects waste and initiates the moving of the ram that compacts the waste.

Robust Compaction Mechanism: Delivers powerful hydraulic force to reduce waste volume significantly.

Large-Capacity Hopper: Features a spacious opening to accommodate bulky items and high volumes of waste without clogging.

Heavy-Duty Construction: Built with reinforced steel, combined with corrosion-proof finishes to withstand busy day-to-day usage.

Programmable Logic Control (PLC): Advanced control systems allow for customizable cycle times, pressure settings, and "container full" notifications.

Integrated safety systems: Emergency stop, door interlocks, Pressure Controls, Overload protection, overheat protection, Container operated switches and trip circuits for safe usage.

Optional controls & connectivity: BMS Integration.
